HARD SURFACES

LAMINATE

Laminate is made from pressed wood, it is more durable and resists scratches, moisture and wear and tear. Laminate flooring is also easier to clean.

ENGINEERED WOOD

The construction allows for installation in most grade levels of the home, including below ground with a protective moisture barrier installed. A hardwood veneer gives the natural beauty and look to the engineered floor just as a solid hardwood floor does.

VINYL

Vinyl floors are softer than stone tiles or wood floors. The layer of felt underneath makes it a bit more flexible and comfortable on the feet when standing. It has an added layer to protect it from scratches and scuffs, making it thicker and even more comfortable.

VINYL TILE

As technology advances, vinyl flooring gets closer and closer to natural wood and stone looks. Decorative patterns are gaining in popularity as well. Even better, all this beauty comes with no extra work. Vinyl floors involve less upkeep and maintenance and they're easy to clean.

COUNTERTOP

People find quartz countertops to be a status symbol. Whether it’s marbled quartz or just the lowest tier of artificial quartz doesn’t matter. People love quartz and will pay extra for a home with it. It has the same rugged durability and won’t crack as easily as cement or granite.
